FSL Overview

Use the Field Service Lightning (FSL) extension package to automate the creation of Transactions related to Work Orders. Work Order Line Items and Product Consumed objects automatically create and update the amount of money that needs to be collected from a job. That information can be used in the FSL extension package with our Mobile Payments app to collect mobile payments.

Installing the Blackthorn FSL extension package allows customers to:

• Create/Update an open Transaction automatically from a new/updated Product Consumed and Work Order Line Item.
• Allows users to launch the Mobile Payments app right from the Work Order in the Field Service Mobile or from the Transaction in the Field Service Mobile.
• Sets the Work Order object to be a "Transaction Parent" within the core Blackthorn Payments app.
