Error 2001

This error message means that you don't have access to the page.

  • If you are the organizer of the Event, make sure the Attendee has access to the Event via Visibility Controls

Error 2004

This error message is related to one of the following issues:

  • Event has visibility control groups.
  • Event is not published.
  • Event no longer exists.
  • Event Status is not set to "Active" or "Draft".
  • There are more than 1000 Event Groups.

  • If you are the organizer of the Event, please follow these instructions to ensure your Events installation is activated.
  • If you are the organizer of the Event, please make sure your Event is Published by following these steps.
  • If you want to attend this Event, please contact your organizer and let them know you received a 2004 error message when trying to register.

Error 2006

This error message means there is an internal error. It may also happen if you have the license but the open authorization has not been completed for the Events application.

  • If you are the organizer of the Event, please follow these instructions to OAuth your Events.
    • If you want to attend this Event, please contact your organizer and let them know you received a 2006 error message when trying to register.

If the problem still exists, please contact Blackthorn Support.

Error 2009

This error messages means that the Salesforce environment hosting this Event data is not set up correctly (not authenticated) or the authentication is invalid.

  • If you are the organizer of the Event, please follow these instructions to OAuth Events.
  • If you want to attend this Event, please contact your organizer and let them know you received a 2009 error message when trying to register.

Error 2010

This error message means that your connected Events user doesn't have a Payments license and the Blackthorn | Payments (Admin) permission set hasn't been assigned.

  • If you are the organizer of the Event, please make sure that your connected Events user have a Payments license and has the Blackthorn | Payments (Admin) permission set assigned.
    • If you want to attend this Event, please contact your organizer and let them know you received a 2010 error message when trying to register.

Error 2012

This error message means that there is an error with an Event being published. For an Event to be published (Publish = “True” (checked)), the Event’s Status must be set to “Active”.

If you are an authorized user, click Authorize the App on the Configuration tab in the Blackthorn | Events Admin tab; otherwise, have the authorized user re-authorize the Events app.
