Salesforce Products

If you already have or want to track Event Tickets with standard Products, we have added a lookup to products on the Event Item object with a process that pulls over the product's information to the Event Item record.

Initial Setup

Update the Event Item page layout with the product fields, Product and Price Book.

Set the Product and Price Book

If you just define the Product field, the Description, Price, and Price Book (standard price book) fields will be set.

If you define the Product and Price Book fields, the Description, Price (from the defined price book), and Price Book will be set.
