The Event
The Event Organizer(s) plans the Event and invites Attendees using Salesforce and the Events app.
At the Event, Event Organizers use the Mobile Check-in app to check in Attendees for the Event and Sessions.
Attendees use the Navigator app to keep track of their schedule, sign up or cancel registrations for free Sessions, check in for Sessions, see who else is attending the Event, receive essential notifications, and review important information the Event Organizers want to share (maps and other documentation).
After the Event, organizers can use data from the Navigator app and Salesforce to plan future events, examine ROI, and guide relationship-building for future donations.
