You can use the Blackthorn Smart Capture anywhere, but it was designed for use at events.  The following are just a few scenarios when you can use the app.

  • Crowded venues

  • Queue processing for busy periods

  • Real-time team synchronization

  • Offline

When capturing leads offline, the photo and information are stored on the user’s device until it is online.

Capture a Lead

Note: You can still capture leads if the credit balance is 0. However, any leads more than the credit balance will not be enriched or exported until enough credits have been purchased.
