Q: I don't see a specific person in the Contacts preview. How do I fix that?
A: If you don’t see a person in the Contacts preview, please check the following settings.

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. In the Quick Find box, enter “Digital Experiences.”
  3. Click “Settings.”
  4. Confirm that you can see your Digital Experience sites.
  5. If you can, move on to the next step. If you can’t, please review your Digital Experiences site setup.
  6. Click the Object Manager tab.
  7. In the Quick Find box, enter “Account.”
  8. Click Account.
  9. Click the Page Layouts tab.
  10. Click Account Layout.
  11. Click the Mobile & Lightning Actions navigation tab.
  12. Drag and drop Enable as Partner onto the page layout.
  13. Click Save.
  14. Open an Account record.
  15. Click Enable as Partner.
