Q: I don't see a specific person in the Contacts preview. How do I fix that?
A: If you don’t see a person in the Contacts preview, please check the following settings.
- Go to Setup.
- In the Quick Find box, enter “Digital Experiences.”
- Click “Settings.”
- Confirm that you can see your Digital Experience sites.
- If you can, move on to the next step. If you can’t, please review your Digital Experiences site setup.
- Click the Object Manager tab.
- In the Quick Find box, enter “Account.”
- Click Account.
- Click the Page Layouts tab.
- Click Account Layout.
- Click the Mobile & Lightning Actions navigation tab.
- Drag and drop Enable as Partner onto the page layout.
- Click Save.
- Open an Account record.
- Click Enable as Partner.
