Salesforce Release Update Known Issue
Enable Secure Static Resources for Lightning Components is a Salesforce Release Update that has been postponed indefinitely. Test Run on this Release Update should remain disabled in order to use our Virtual Terminal components. This is due to a Salesforce Known Issue.
Table of Contents
Bug Fix
- When embedding the BT Payments LWC Virtual Terminal in a flow, users can configure the Process Type parameter to be able to accept payments. Previously, when a user tried to capture a payment using the BT Payment LWC Virtual component in a flow, they experienced an issue where the Pay button was grayed out and could not be used. (Known Issue: 000004276)
Enhancement
- As part of the January 2025 release and in preparation for the next Mobile Payments app update, the Confirm Payment Intents (bt_stripe__Confirm_Payment_Intents__c) field will be automatically added to the Blackthorn Payments | Mobile Settings custom setting. Once the feature is live, the Payment Intent process will be streamlined to reduce the number of API calls made to Stripe. Previously, the Mobile Payments app confirmed the Payment Intent before making any calls to Salesforce to capture it, preventing additional updates before confirmation.
PayLink
Webapp Release
Bug Fix
- PayLink users can now use the keyboard to switch between the Card and Bank tabs during checkout, improving accessibility. Previously, users could not switch tabs when using a keyboard.
