The Configure for Email-to Case extension package is a paid add-on for Blackthorn Compliance. Please contact your Account Manager to learn more about purchasing it.
Install the Email-to-Case Extension Package:
Once installation is complete, Turn on Detection for EmailMessage.
You should receive the following notification:
Congratulations! You have successfully configured Email Messages for Blackthorn Compliance.
You still need to install Compliance from the Blackthorn Candy Shop, but we will upgrade your existing package to include Email-to-Case support.
