Version 3.85
IMPORTANT UPDATE
For Compliance - Version 3.85 to work correctly, Chatter Package 3.72 must be installed. Click here to access the Chatter Package 3.72 production link.
Note: Compliance will continue to work without the additional file; however, the most recent update won’t work.
Critical Update
The Configure for Chatter instructions were updated to help users enable the Allow users to edit posts and comments
Chatter setting. (This setting is enabled by default.)
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click Setup.
- In the Quick Find box, search for and click "Chatter Settings".
- Click the Edit button at the bottom of the page.
- In the Posts and Comment Modification section, check the
Allow users to edit posts and comments
setting. - Click Save.
Bug Fix
- When uploading an attachment with PII data and the
Detection Action
is set to "delete", the attachment will be deleted and theCredit Cards Detected
field on the Manager tab will update accordingly. To confirm this setting is up to date, follow the steps below.- Lightning
Go to Setup → Search for “General Settings” in the search box → General Settings → make sure that Files uploaded to the Attachments related list on records are uploaded as Salesforce Files, not as attachments = “False”. - Classic
Refresh the case details page → click on the button “Attach file” → Go back to Salesforce lightning and Refresh the Manage App tab → The “Credit Card Detected” in the Attachment object will be updated and the file will be deleted.

To avoid reaching Salesforce’s attachment size limit, users should only add files that are less than 7MB to 8MB. If a file is larger, users must compress it before uploading it to see the created Logs.
