When you install Blackthorn Events from AppExchange, Salesforce asks you to approve a list of websites the app is allowed to contact. You cannot deselect individual entries: approving the list is part of installing the package.
This page explains what each entry is for, so your security or compliance team can review the list before you install.
Being on this list does not mean the connection is in use. Most of these services only do anything after you set them up in your org. Until then, the entry is approved but nothing is sent to it.
Third-party services
None of these are contacted unless you configure the matching feature.

Checking the list yourself
You can see the approved list in your own org at any time: go to Setup, enter Remote Site Settings in the Quick Find box, and look for the Blackthorn entries. This page describes the list as of the current release.
