Scheduler Admin
If the BT Messaging App is not installed in your Salesforce org, a warning message tells the user to install the app in the Global Scheduler.
If the BT Messaging App is not installed in your Salesforce org, a warning message tells the user to install the app in the Event Record Page Scheduler.
Scheduler User
The Scheduler User does not have access to the Administration Settings. When they land on the Record Level Scheduler, a warning message tells them to contact the System Administrator.
