Scheduler Admin
When the Messaging App is not configured on a Global Scheduler after installation, a warning message tells the user to configure their Messaging Account.
The same warning message also appears on the Record Level.
Scheduler User
The Scheduler User does not have access to the Administration Settings. When they land on the Record Level Scheduler, a warning message tells them to contact the System Administrator.
