Issue with Date/Time Merge Fields in SMS Templates

Description

After applying merge tags on custom and standard date/time fields, only the date field will be populated. The time field is left blank.

Resolution

An SMS Template will include the date and time values in the message body when the merge tags on the custom/standard date/time fields are used, the Time Zone is included, and the message is sent via an invocable method.

Account with Unlimited Phone Numbers Subjected to Limit

Description

A customer with unlimited phone numbers is receiving an error and being limited to 200 phone numbers when they try to add more than 200 phone numbers.

Resolution

The way the system retrieves phone numbers has been updated to allow the system to display 200+ phone numbers.
