  • Scheduled Jobs. Select a date and time in the future and rest assured that your message will be sent whether you're at your desk or on the go.
  • Scheduled Messages. The users can view the scheduled messages and perform different actions on these messages like Editing the Message, Rescheduling the Messages, Canceling, Deleting and Sending it right away!
  • Auto Response. Never to wait on a text anymore. The user can set up an auto response outside of their working hours & holidays.
  • Disallow Users from Sending Attachments in Messages (Custom Permission). Added a new custom permission, “simplesms.Prevent Textey Attachments” which will disallow users from sending attachments in SMS messages.
  • Click to call with CTI. Integration with different call centers.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved the issue with User's Locale settings and also Date/Time conversion.
  • Normalization of the phone numbers.
  • Resolved an issue in a previous version where an Apex automation could fail if using SMS Template that did not contain any merge fields.
