Virtual Terminal lets planners run a manual card charge, capture, or refund from Contacts, Accounts, Attendees, Invoices, and Transactions. It is listed under Coming soon and is off for every organization until it launches.
Viewing payment gateways in Admin → Payments does not depend on Virtual Terminal; the gateway list and detail pages are always available.
