Bug Fix

When users don’t have the correct permission to Push Topic & Streaming Channel objects for the assigned permission set, they will see an error message. Previously, on incoming messages, users didn’t know there was a problem as the utility component did not give the user an indication that there was an error. The error details were logged as console.log.

Enhancement

Mapping during the account activation process was updated to ensure that the Business Entity Type and Company Name fields are set correctly when the Business Entity Type field is set to “Corporation.” If the Business Entity Type field is changed from “Corporation” to another value, the value in the Company Name field on the A2P registration record will be removed. Previously, the company name was mapped to the Business Entity Type field, which prevented users from submitting the form. (Known Issue: 000004048)

Upgrade Instructions

Go to the Blackthorn Candy Shop to upgrade Messaging to the newest version.

Blackthorn has adopted Salesforce’s managed package installer to simplify the installation process. The installer will confirm that the correct versions are installed.
