Complete the following steps to change the values in the Account Name (Bill To), First Name (Bill To), and Last Name (Bill To) fields, but keep the existing Account (Bill To) and Contact (Bill To) field values.

  1. Open an Invoice record.
  2. Click the Pencil icon next to the Account Name (Bill To) field.
  3. Enter a new name.
  4. In the First Name (Bill To) field, enter a new first name.
  5. In the Last Name (Bill To) field, enter a new last name.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click the DocumentLink URL to view the changes.
