Send a Bulk Message from a Campaign

In this articles we'll explore how to send a bulk message to a list of Campaign Members from a Campaign.

Add a Phone Number to the Campaign

The first step is to determine which phone number you'll send the text from. You'll need to choose one phone number and every message in the Campaign will be sent from that phone number. The Phone Number that you want to send from must be marked as Available for Campaign on the Phone Number record.

Start the Campaign Wizard

To begin building your text message, just click the Send SMS button. When you click this button you will be presented with the Campaign Wizard. This is where you input your message (or use a template) and preview your message before sending.

NOTE: There is no limit for the number of Bulk SMS messages sent from the Campaign Wizard.
