Blackthorn Enhanced Emails
Guides
English
Paid Feature Our enhanced email feature is a paid add-on with Blackthorn Events. For more information, please reach out to our team at https://community.blackthorn.io/s/ . SendGrid Integration With our SendGrid integration, you can send emails from Salesforce through SendGrid. Why is this a benefit? See the reasons below: For Admins, you won't run into your 24-hour email limit (our Email Template Builder uses Apex to send the emails). For Admins and Event Managers, significantly fewer emails will hit spam folders. For Event Managers, you will be able to create your own Email Template , send the email through our integration, and receive metrics about your email. IE., opens, bounces, and clicks without having to solely use Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, etc. Salesforce developers are now able to access a global method to use Blackthorn's SendGrid integration to send email from a custom component. Transactions

Stripe Payouts will now automatically relate to the Charges and Transfers included within them. This helps reconcile which Charges are included in which bank transfers that you receive. Payout Transaction s are created in Salesforce via webhook by Stripe . They cannot be manually created in Salesforce . Once a Transaction with Record Type = "Payout" has been created with a Payment Status = "Paid", all charge Transaction s are related to the Payout Transaction through the Payout field on the Charge Transaction s via the daily charges batch job. It is important that payouts relate to original charges, refunds, disputed refunds and transfers so that you can successfully prove and document that account balances are in agreement. In addition to relating a Payout Transaction record to all original charges, refunds, and transfers we provide an out-of-the-box report on payouts and related Transaction s. It’s as easy as adding a BT Rule to the Visibility Rule field instead of configuring the Visibility Control field. You can also combine Visibility Controls with your BT Rule s. Mutually Exclusive Usage: Each Event , Event Item , and Session can reference either an Advanced Visibility Rule, Visibility Controls, or a combination of both.
