Each schedule runs a configured job on a recurring basis, for example email sends, data sync or reports. Schedules are created in Salesforce, not in Forge; if none exist you see "No schedules configured". ## Schedules table | Column | Meaning | | --- | --- | | Name | The schedule name. Open it for details. | | Status | Current status of the schedule. | | Next Run | When the schedule runs next. | | Actions | Run now starts the schedule immediately. | ## Run a schedule now 1. Open Schedules. 2. In the schedule's row, click Run now. 3. Forge reports "Run requested" or "Run failed". ## Recent Runs The Recent Runs table shows execution history, including Name, Status and Started. Open a run for its detail page, which shows Status, Started and Status Details. The schedule detail page shows Status and Next Run. Schedules is available to org admins only.
