Remote Support Instructions offers free support for our apps with an average response time of three business days. Paid support is available if more aggressive SLAs are needed. In order to effectively help you troubleshoot and/or assist in implementation, the following must be completed within Salesforce.

  1. Click Your Name in the top right-hand corner | My Settings | Personal | Grant Account Login Access
  2. Change Access Duration for ", Inc. Support" to 1 week.
  3. Send us an email to with your Org ID. This is found at: Setup | Company Profile | Company Information | Organization ID, and copy/paste us the ID.
