Salesforce Release Update Known Issue

Enable Secure Static Resources for Lightning Components is a Salesforce Release Update that has been postponed indefinitely. Test Run on this Release Update should remain disabled in order to use our Virtual Terminal components. This is due to a Salesforce Known Issue.

Upgrade Instructions

To upgrade Payments to the newest version, go to the Blackthorn Candy Shop.

Bug Fixes

  • If a user changes a write-off Transaction’s Transaction Status from “Open” to “Completed”, the related Invoice’s Balance Due will be recalculated. Previously, the Balance Due did not update.
  • If a user deletes a write-off Transaction, the related Invoice’s Balance Due will be recalculated. Previously, the Balance Due did not update.
  • When prorating a Subscription, the Line Item's Unit Price will match what is in Stripe. Previously, Invoice Line Items that were created from a prorated Subscription showed the wrong Unit Price. (Known Issue: 000003034)
  • Subscriptions with an ACH Payment Method can now be automatically charged. Previously, a bug that was introduced in August caused Subscriptions with ACH Payment Methods to fail.

Enhancement

  • The Solution Id field was added to the new protected custom setting, Blackthorn Pay – Features. The protected custom setting will be created during package upgrades and new installations and can only be accessed and edited by Blackthorn. When Payments is installed/upgraded in production, the Solution Id field will be populated with Blackthorn's partner ID and included when Blackthorn sends data to Authorize.net.

Mobile Payments FSL Updates

Bug Fix

  • The Offline Mobile Pay URL field was removed from the Work Order page layout URLs section as the system only uses the field to launch the Mobile Payments app.
