Add IP Addresses

To add a static IP address, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Scroll down to the Users section and click Users.
  3. Locate the authorized user and click their Profile.
  4. Scroll down to the Login IP Ranges section.
  5. Click New.
  6. Add the start and end IP addresses.
  7. Click Save.

For customers outside of the U.S., you will need the us-east-1 IPs and the regional IPs. Confirm the region by going to the License > Org Instance field (AUS = Sydney IPs, APAC = Singapore IPs, etc.)

You do not need the staging IPs unless you are using staging.events.blackthorn.io, which is used internally by Blackthorn.

Note: Do not add the IP addresses to Security > Network Access.
