Feature Overview

We support two types of events. Paid and free - the difference between the two? Your customers will need to pay to register for one, while the other requires no charge! Because of this, the setup is a little different for each. These steps will guide you through creating your first paid and free events to get you started!

Configuration

Paid Events

The following steps will get you set up for your first paid event!

1. Go to the App Launcher, and click on Events (Planner)
2. Once here, click on "New" in the top right corner.

3. Next, you are faced with the initial event setup page. Fill out the required fields and click "Save."

• For the Status field, you can set this to Draft or Active. Setting it to active will publish it immediately with the information you have, setting is as draft will save it until you are ready to publish it.
• There are plenty of features piled into this page, we will discuss those later.

4. Set a Payment Gateway

Free Events

The following steps will get you setup for your first free event!

1. Go to the App Launcher, and click on Events (Planner)
2. Once here, click on "New" in the top right corner.

3. Next, you are faced with the initial event setup page. Fill out the required fields, and click "Save."

• For the Status field, you can set this to Draft or Active. Setting it to active will publish it immediately with the information you have, setting it as draft will save it until you are ready to publish it.

  4.Make sure to click the Free checkbox.
