How to Create an Event
Feature Overview
We support two types of events. Paid and free - the difference between the two? Your customers will need to pay to register for one, while the other requires no charge! Because of this, the setup is a little different for each. These steps will guide you through creating your first paid and free events to get you started!

- Make sure to follow the steps outlined here before you get started.
Configuration
Paid Events
The following steps will get you set up for your first paid event!
- Go to the App Launcher, and click on Events (Planner)
- Once here, click on "New" in the top right corner.
- Next, you are faced with the initial event setup page. Fill out the required fields and click "Save."
- For the
Status
field, you can set this toDraft
orActive
. Setting it toactive
will publish it immediately with the information you have, setting is asdraft
will save it until you are ready to publish it. - There are plenty of features piled into this page, we will discuss those later.

Free Events
The following steps will get you setup for your first free event!
- Go to the App Launcher, and click on Events (Planner)
- Once here, click on "New" in the top right corner.
- Next, you are faced with the initial event setup page. Fill out the required fields, and click "Save."
