How Do I Grant Access to Messaging Support?

  1. In Salesforce, go to My Settings (or Setup).
  2. Click Grant Account Login Access.
  3. You'll see Messaging Support as an option. Select 1 Day, 3 Days, 1 Week, or 1 Month.
