Event Settings
The event settings record lets you determine what data you want to expose on your event. For example, if you would like to show all the attendees that registered, set Attendees to "Always".
Payment
Enabled Payment Methods
If the event is paid, select how attendees can pay during checkout. PayLater will create an Invoice that you can send to the attendee later.


Ticket Information
Hide Price Range
When it's set to "Yes", the price range text will be hidden from the event overview page, right above the register button.




Overview Pricing
When it's set to "No", the price range component will be hidden from the event overview page.
Main Contact (Primary Registrant) Form
Hide Main Contact Address in Checkout
When it's set to "Yes", the address related fields will be hidden from the UI.

Hide Main Contact Company Name in Checkout
When it's set to "Yes", the company field will be hidden from the UI.




Tab Visibility and Labels
Each tab/section and feature of our listing, overview, and precheckout is configurable. On the Event Settings page, you can enable or disable the appearance of different sections.


Event Language
Language Selector
This exposes or hides the language selector on the event.
Source Language
This defines the language in which the event is created. If the field is undefined, the default value is English.
Target Language
This defines the language in which the event is loaded by default.If undefined default value is English.


Design/UI
Background Color
Define the hex color for the Event's background color.
Color Theme
Define the hex color for the Event's theme.
Card Color Theme
Select between the light or dark theme. Default is Light
Font
Change the font of your event listing.
Other Settings
24 hour format
If you would like to change the date format on your event overview page from am/pm to 24 hour, update the Show 24 Hour Time Format
to "Yes".




Countries to Exclude
Define which countries should be removed as an option for the checkout. Cards from these defined countries cannot be used in the checkout either.
Create Opportunity From Checkout
Check this if you want Opportunities automatically created from an event checkout. Then define...
Opportunity Open and Successful Stage Names
Define the stage for an open and successful opportunity created from the event checkout. "Open" opportunities are for the "Pay Later" event checkouts. "Successful" opportunities are for completed event checkouts.

Opportunity Record Type
Please define the Label of the record type you want when an Opportunity is created.
Disable Not You
When checked, when an attendee receives an invite from AttendeeLink, they will not see the Not You button.
A common use case for this is with invite-only events and with attendees forwarding invite emails to block other people from registering.
Disable Checkout as Someone Else
When checked, the attendee will not see the "Someone Else" option on checkout.
This field will need to be added to your Event Settings page layout.
Once the box is checked, the attendee will no longer see "Someone Else" option here:
