Group Registration

Allows you to register more than one person at a time with or without a single transaction. Each person is considered their own registered Attendee.

When multiple Attendees are added, an Attendee Group record is automatically created.

Note: The Attendee Group naming structure is [Event Name - Ordered Number].

Attendee Groups can be seen in the Related List of your Event record for easy tracking. This lets you know who will be grouped together.

Copy Form Responses to the Group

When an Attendee registers a group, they can now click the Copy related info to all the responses button to copy their Form responses to all Attendees in the Attendee Group if the new Event Settings Allow Form Responses for Attendee Group field (conference360__Allow_Form_Responses_for_Attendee_Group__c) is set to “Yes.”

The field removes the repeated copy-paste step and decreases the time it takes to register everyone. Picklist options include Yes, No, and None, and the default value is None.

Please Note:

• The Forms must be identical and have the same Form record ID.
• The Copy related info to all the responses button will only be displayed if the first Event Item shown has custom questions.
