You can add unlimited (but don't add too much, it won't look good) custom tabs to your events.
Here's how it works
Navigate to the Event Setting record
Custom Tabsto "Always"
- Click "New" next to the Custom Event Tabs (related list) on your Event record
If you don't see the Custom Event Tab, edit the Event Page Layout and add the "Custom Event Tabs" object as a related list.
- Enter in the Content
Hard refresh the Event page and you will see your custom tab and content!
