# Event Banner

Event-Related

The **Event Banner** displays a main image for the event. It reads the image from the Event record: the `Image URL` field for desktop and `Thumbnail and Mobile Image URL` for mobile. If only the `Image URL` field is populated, that same image is used across all devices.

### Settings

- **Image Width / Height**: set displayed dimensions
- **Width Mode**: fixed or responsive width
- **Image Fit**: cover, contain, fill, or none
- **Image Position**: focal point (center, top, bottom-left, etc.)
- **Corner Radius**: rounds image corners
- **Opacity**: controls image transparency (useful for overlay effects)

💡Use a 16:9 image for desktop and a 2:1 image for mobile for best results. Populate both image fields on the Event record so Page Designer can serve the right size per device automatically.
