BT Events Attendee Builder

Are your potential Attendees related to Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, Events, Leads, or Reports? Use the BT Events Attendee Builder component to add Attendees directly to an Event from the Event record.

Add the Component

Complete the following steps if the BT Events Attendee Builder component hasn’t been added to the Event record.

1. Go to the Event record.
2. Click the Gear icon.
3. Click Edit Page.
4. Locate the BT Events Attendee Builder under custom components.
   
5. Drag and drop the component onto the screen.
6. Click Save.

Add Attendees

1. Return to the Event record.
2. Click Attendees or the BT Events Attendee Builder component.
3. Click in the Add Attendees field.
   
4. Enter a name.
5. Look through the list of potential names.
6. Select a name.
7. Click Save once you are done adding names.
   
8. Click the Attendees Related List.
   

Each newly added Attendee will have the Registration Status set to “To Invite.”
