# Auction Raffle Draw

A verifiable raffle draw lets anyone confirm the winner was not chosen by hand. It also adds ticket bundles. It needs the Auction Raffle Draw switch.

## Run the draw

1. Close ticket sales. Forge publishes a commitment and a hash of the entry list, once.
2. Draw the winner. The seed is revealed and every entry gets a draw position. Position 1 wins.
3. Share the public verify page. It recomputes the winner from the published data.

- A raffle can be drawn once. A raffle with no entries cannot be drawn.
- Entries cannot be cancelled between close and draw.
- If a winner declines, redraw promotes the next position with the same seed and logs the reason.

## Ticket bundles

Set bundles such as 5 tickets for 90. The server prices the bundle and ignores any price sent by the browser. A bundle larger than the remaining capacity is refused.

## Jurisdiction

Entries are checked against the Jurisdiction Config custom metadata before any charge. A prohibited or unreadable jurisdiction blocks the entry.

Raffle tickets are never deductible. The ticket price counts as fair market value.

Staff need the bt_fundraising_Auctions_Admin or bt_fundraising_Auctions_User permission set.
