# About Event

Event-Related

The **About Event** component displays the event's description field pulled directly from the Salesforce Event record. To update the copy, edit the Event record in Salesforce: no changes needed in Page Designer.

### Style Settings

- **Background Color**: background of the description block
- **Text Color**: overrides the global body text color
- **Font Weight**: controls text boldness
- **Margin / Padding**: controls spacing around the block

💡Keep your Salesforce Event description formatted and complete before designing: About Event renders exactly what is in the record, including line breaks and basic formatting.
